About
The person doing the diagnosis is the person doing the work.
I’m Muhammad Usman Ali, an SEO consultant with 5+ years of experience. I find why websites are not ranking or earning qualified organic traffic, then prioritize the technical, on-page, content, local, and AI-search work that matters.
Based in Pakistan, working with businesses across Pakistan, the UK, and other international markets.

Most of the sites I’m called into aren’t broken in an obvious way. They look fine. They just quietly fail the parts of search nobody sees: pages Google can’t reach, thousands of near-empty URLs competing with the real content, plugins fighting each other over the same meta tags.
That’s the work — finding the specific fault, proving it, and fixing it.
What I have worked on
My work has included large WordPress installations, local businesses, automotive websites, content-led sites, SaaS projects, and search problems created by programmatic or auto-generated pages.
The recurring theme is not an industry. It is the need to understand how technical systems, page relevance, content architecture, local signals, and user experience interact before deciding what deserves attention.

How I communicate
SEO recommendations should be understandable to the person approving them and actionable by the person implementing them. I document the evidence, the affected pages, the expected purpose of the change, and the way the result should be measured.
When the evidence is incomplete, I say so. When a result cannot be attributed confidently, I do not present it as proof. Clear limitations are part of credible analysis, not a weakness in it.
How I work
I start with the site’s own data. Search Console, analytics, a crawl, and the CMS itself will usually tell you exactly where the problem is — you just have to be willing to read them properly instead of running a scan and handing over the export.
Every recommendation I make is tied to something specific I found in your site. If I can’t point at the evidence, I don’t make the claim. That applies to the results on this site too: where I don’t have a verified screenshot, I describe the work instead of inventing a number.
Where I’m based, and who I work with
I work from Pakistan with clients across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and other international markets. That includes UK local SEO work — Google Business Profile rebuilds, citation consistency, local landing pages — as well as technical work on SaaS, content, and e-commerce sites in several countries.
The work happens in your Search Console, your analytics, and your CMS, so distance has never been the constraint. Clear reporting and a direct line to the person doing the work is what actually matters, and you get both.
What I don’t do
No guaranteed rankings, because nobody controls Google’s results. No bulk link packages. No monthly reports full of vanity metrics that don’t connect to leads or sales.
And no borrowed proof. The case studies on this site are either named clients described by the work actually performed, or real Search Console data shown anonymously with the client’s identity withheld at their request. One client’s numbers are never shown under another client’s name.
